The Impact on the Market After Financial Success in Recruitment Industry Was Written

Many years ago, when I was writing the manual Financial Success in Recruitment Industry, I never realized the tremendous impact it would have onthe industry and me.

Many people have bought the manual – Financial Success in Recruitment Industry, even though it is priced highat $89.00, and that price will be increased very soon. Even so, there are still many buyers out there who want to make a difference in their lives by learning from the Guru.

The manual – Financial Success in Recruitment Industry has become an icon of who I am and what I am.

The manual caused me to become known as “The Recruitment Guru.”

The manual inspired me to develop and create the training program“Recruitment Apprentice,” which not only teaches some of the secret strategies of C-Marketing, it actually enhances C-Marketing to a level I have never seen before.

In 2006, using C-Marketing alone allowed me to close 10-15 cases per month by myself. In 2010, after implementing the Recruitment Apprentice Training Program, I was ableto expand C-Marketing, which allowed any user to close 50-75 cases per month, a rate thathad never been heard of before.

What makes C-Marketing so successful in this training program is that it actually builds on existing work and maximizes its resources in order to actually close more cases using the same or even fewer resources.

When I taught the concept of C-Marketing to the recruitment apprentice class, the response was awesome! Many participants could not believe what they had seen because the method is so shrewd and cunning that one trick alone is equal to the efforts of five to ten consultants!

To date, however, the number of people who use C-Marketing is still very low because most who have learned the concept did not follow through and got caught in the “X3 Trap”,something that I taught about in “Email Marketing Magic.” The “X3 Trap” is very deadly; many people know about it and talk about it, but still fall into it.

Even so, there are still a good handful of people who have already used C-Marketing aggressively and are laughing their way to the bank…

The moral of this article is this: Sometimes, you will not know the outcome of your action or decision, and fear itself will very likely stop you from taking the GIANT step you have wanted to take. The answer is to take the step anyway--what do you really have to lose? If the reward is going to be far much more than the risk, by all means, take the BOLD step and go for it. It will be too late 20 years from nowto look back and tell yourself: I should have done it 20 years ago….

Take the GIANT step – Step out of your comfort zone, go for it!

I wish you success in every journey on which you embark.

Change in employees recruitment methods due to Social media

Looking for a job! These days’ Social media websites helps you with not just finding long lost friends but in getting a job as well. It is interesting to observe the way in which recruiters have exploited these “social” networks to reach out to a wider audience, the way job-seekers have responded to the growing phenomena and most importantly how the job market has evolved in the midst of this trend.

Online recruitment industry dates back to 1994 when Jeff Taylor founded monster.com employing through the social media is a relatively new phenomena but it is picking up really fast. In March 2012 Research Now conducted a study on behalf on of Jobscience, a Talent Relationship Management company. ‘Social media sites are changing the way businesses look for talent;’ they found out based on a survey of over 150 HR executives, directors, managers etc. They believe that social media will help them reach better qualified candidates. Thirty-six percent of these officials were sure to increase the usage of social media towards recruiting, in the year 2012, as compared to 2011. Although this survey was undertaken in the United States of America, we can be more than sure that a similar situation is present in other developed as well as developing countries with increasing penetration of technology.

Employing companies are building organized efforts towards creating their positive image on the social network. They are engaging with the cohort so that by the time there is a job opening, the candidates are at least familiar with the basic features of the company. LinkedIn, a social network created with a focus on professional engagement; is the leading platform for this purpose today. 86 percent respondents of the Research Now survey believe so. On the other hand, potential employees are also using these channels to gather information about prospective openings, relevant people, company profile etc. In a way this is helping them to ‘be in the loop.’ This method is improving inclusion by bringing in candidates who might not otherwise have access to this information. It is also facilitating symmetry of information. Facebook is currently in the second leading position in this space with 51 percent respondents giving this response and the newly-developed Google+ secures the third position with mere 26 percent.

A third and very important player in this are the online recruiting companies. All the leading global as well as Indian portals are making social networks their primary target towards reaching out to the candidates on behalf of recruiting companies. Facebook or LinkedIn presence and reach are becoming their key marketing attributes.

The time has come when an ‘unemployed’ and ‘jobless’ person can spend any amount of time on Facebook. For those accusing him of wasting time, he might just say that ‘I am looking for a job there!’

In the long term; and must I say that in this speedily evolving world of World Wide Web long-term could just be a year or two, we can hope that this interaction through the social media will also maximize the quality of the job-employee matching. And who knows, by then the analytics scientists might also build tools to evaluate a prospective candidate through their social media presence!

Why the Recruiter Or Agency You Signed on With Can Not Help You to Find a Job But Just Might!

If you wonder why you rarely hear back from recruiters you submit your resume to, or get very few interviews through them, it is most often because your experience and qualifications simply do not ideally match the needs of their client; and their client is the employer who has either paid or will pay them for filling the position you applied to, not you. For the most part a recruiter is beneficial to you if you match the specific needs of a paying client.

When dealing with third party recruiters (those that work for agencies or search firms) you must understand the reality of how they operate and appreciate that their primary job, is not to assist you in finding a job.

To hire for a permanent position through a recruiter the company pays a fee, a fee which is normally based on the starting salary for the job. The higher the starting salary, the higher the fee. The percentage charged will depend on the fee schedule used by the agency the recruiter works for and can vary widely from one to another. For example, the fee for a job with a starting salary of only $25,000 per year can be anywhere from 10% to 25% or $2,500 to $6,250, and the fee for a job with a starting salary of $50,000 per year can range from 10% to 40% or $5,000 to $20,000.

In all cases, you see that it can be quite expensive for a company to use the services of a third party recruiter on a regular basis and it is for this reason that most companies actually do not use them, and that those that do only use them to fill a small portion of their jobs. When you look at the fees employers pay and add to this the fact that in most cases all or the majority of what a recruiter earns is based on filling the job, you can easily understand how selective an employer will be when they hire through a recruiter, and how careful the recruiter must be about who he or she sends, for fear of losing the employer or losing out to another recruiter.

What makes this even more challenging for recruiters, and thus for you as the candidate, is that there are hundreds of agencies and search firms and thousands of recruiters who work for them; and in many cases they are competing with other recruiters, sometimes even at their own firms, to fill the same jobs. You should now be able to understand why employment agencies focus on finding employers who are willing to pay, and why their recruiters focus finding and referring multiple candidates in hopes of filling the jobs they get, and not specifically on trying to help job seekers.

As I stated before, a recruiter will be beneficial to you if you match the needs one of their paying clients. Your best strategy as a candidate is to literally register many agencies that deal with your industry or discipline to ensure that you have a chance at being considered for the very small portion of the job market represented by the industry; regardless of what any one recruiter may tell you about their working on your behalf and promises to place you in a job.

Now I hope this does not appear to be an article against recruiters, or that they should not be a part of your job search strategy because they absolutely should. Recruiters have access to jobs you do not and after all it does not cost you anything except that time it takes to register or send you resume, which is something you are doing anyway. What I am saying is that you need to appreciate that the job of a recruiter is not to help you find a job, it is to help the employer; so you should never rely on recruiters as your only means or even your primary means of finding work.

If you want someone to work on your behalf and focus on finding you a job then you should consider finding an Outplacement Consultant or Job Developer. They are the opposite of recruiters in that they work with/for the candidate. The obvious major difference is that the fees for their services are paid by you (or the downsizing employer you are being let go from). The main advantage is that these professionals have a much more extensive network of contacts and greater access to job and career opportunities as there is no fee to the employer to work with them and hire through them.

Whatever you choose to do, remember that recruiters are paid to fill jobs and would love nothing more that for you to be the candidate their client needs when they review your resume. It is their skill, expertise and opinion the employer is paying for to help them fill the position. It is their livelihood at stake if they send the wrong candidate. A recruiter or employment agency might not be able to help you to find a job but if you sign on with them so they can find you when they have a job to fill they just might.

The Dreaded Unemployment Story

When you're involved in a layoff it seems as though your world has sort of come to an end. In a way this is true. Those persons you have been working with are a lot like your own family in a lot of ways. Now that family will come to an end in a sort of fashion. If you're lucky you will stay in contact with a lot of those co-workers and you can use them to help support you in your search for a new job. You will also support them in a lot of ways. You are a support group with a common purpose. That purpose is finding another job.

Now in this day and age your chances of getting immediate employment are very slim. In fact, because f the massive layoffs and the possible chances that a lot of the jobs you qualify for will just disappear. The plain fact is you are just among the unemployed. Let's take a look at that term, unemployment, and see what it represents. They have passed a law to protect those that become unemployed. So why do they need such a law anyway. The reason why is because the legislature in this country know that employment isn't at all stable so they pass a law that gives us some protection against the pitfalls of employment. That pitfall is that the cost of employees is a company's biggest costs.

So when the economy takes a downturn the first actions taken is for the companies to cut back their costs. That generates the unemployment and in this day and age that unemployment is a staggering figure and very scary. It is scary because the chances of most of the unemployed getting back to work is very slim. The competition for those jobs that exist or are open is extremely high. Usually in mild to moderate cases the applications for the existing jobs will seldom exceed 100 applicants. Usually they will be about 20 to 30 applicants. In this day and age of unemployment the amount of unemployed brings the competition to a figure of over 1000 applicants for each job.

What the unemployed don't really realize is that their last employer is also hurting. They cannot meet their demand for their products because their workforce has been reduced to the bare bones. They are seeking alternatives to this problem and no one has the answers. So they turn to a service know as an employment agency. The big advantage to this is that these companies can pay a set fee and get an employee that can do their job. But the employee is only getting their wages or salary and no benefits. And then that salary is far less than they were making before their layoff. What these employees don't know is that these temporary employment agencies receive a very fine premium from these companies of which they only have to pay you a salary of about one third of what they are receiving. They also have to work with your payroll which cost them another part of that income but this amount doesn't show up on the books of the actual company that is using your services through that temporary employment agency. That company only has to pay an hourly billable fee for each hour you work for that company. At any rate the production does increase and the company can meet most of their demand for their products in the market. However they are doing this at the expense of the ex-employee. There is a great deal of danger for the temporary employee because if anyone in their family gets ill or suffers a major medical problem they will be very heavily in debt in a very short time.

So is there an answer to this problem? We find that there really is an answer. Those answer lies in the area of the temporary employment agency model. Here is how that can help you.

If you could contract to an ex-employer to do the work that you did originally and you received that hourly income for this would that keep you out of the unemployment line and it will provide you with employment and a very good salary in the process? Would this solve your problems? I say it sure would but you have to do this right or you will be in a big hurt for some of the benefits you need.

Here is what your options will end up being in the future when you're unemployed. You can draw unemployment until it can no longer be available because you have exhausted all you are entitled too. Then the government will take over and extend that for some period of time. However there is no permanent fix for this problem unless you personally take action to correct your situation. Eventually about two thirds of those unemployed will drop right off of the unemployment statistics and they won't be counted among the unemployed any longer. They are all now homeless, desperate and without employment. These masses will all be scrambling for their own businesses. They are desperate and they are in need of an income. However they have no or little knowledge of what a business is all about. They will be at the mercy of every internet predator that can give them information about businesses using the internet.

Usually these will exist as what is known as affiliate programs. These are programs that will let you advertise their products or services and pay you a commission for your efforts. The only thing you will need to accomplish this is a very good knowledge in the concepts of marketing. A lot of these people will provide you a training program but you will still have to learn a lot by trials and error until you get enough experience to work well in this area of the internet. Meanwhile your income will be very limited. You could do a hybrid system that will allow you to work part time through the temporary employment agency until you learn the concepts of internet marketing but that will still take about one to three years before you can be on your own without the temporary job. Eventually you could make this work well but can you afford the time required to learn what you need to know in order to operate an affiliate sells program.

So what if you could get back to work right now. The cost to do this is minimal when compared to the alternative of trying to start your own internet related business. It won't take you a few years to learn how to do this. It is associated with a system you are already an expert in. that is to be an employee of sorts without being in the realm of an employee. I know that statement doesn't make much sense right now. But we know of a way you can do this immediately. To give you some clues it is your own business and it doesn't require the learning of two or more years to get it to work at full steam providing you a good income and enough income to pay for your own benefits and retirement programs. Let's summarize this some and see how it looks. You are in your own business and yet you are working in the same job type you were doing when you were laid off. You have to learn only a basic amount of marketing and sales principle to make this program work well. They training can be accomplished in a week or less and the structure can be set up in a day or two. When you're done you can get several jobs using the same instrument for each job. Then you can hire, if you want, your own employees to work on those other jobs while you do your own job. You get extra income from this effort and you have very little overhead to do this. You just have to hire someone to make the payroll. Each company pays you for these employees and you provide them some essential benefits such as medical insurance and paid vacations. These could be some of your old fellow employees that are now working for you and your company. You are like that temporary employment agency in a way except you provide more than they ever will so you will retain those employees for a long time to come. You can develop certain contract to put all this together and keep it working forever. The best part is you will never suffer a layoff ever again. You will lose a contract now and then but then all you need to do is develop another contract.

The benefits here are you cannot be laid off from your own company. You get a check every two weeks based upon the hours you actually work and then some administrative functions that are paid at this same rate. You are in your own business and it didn't take forever to make it work and to get the training needed. After about 3 months you are working as an expert business person.

This system is already being used by a lot of companies because they can save tons of money doing this and they never have to pay all the usual costs of employment such as payroll and its expenses. Every day and every minute of every day there are contracts being developed between companies to hire then for certain services that need to be accomplished. These programs do not require the usual extra personnel such as supervisors and accountants to support the employee model they usually use. All of the employee cost is gone and a lot of the usual laws and regulations do not apply like they do when employees are hired.

The author of this article has completed an analysis of the unemployment problem and has found a good sound solution to this problem. The answer will surprise you and delight you because it isn't just another job seeking article. It provides a true solution to that problem of a system that is so overloaded with competition for those jobs that most applicants won't get even a "thank you for your submission" response. We have spent a lot of years developing a consulting service for business applications and procedures from which we teach the principles of business operations and ownership. You can see more details about his findings and his solution by visiting [http://www.employalternate.com]. When you get there we recommend that you locate our blog and enter your comments here about this article and the solution to the problems. This author will answer any concerns and questions about this program in that blog.
